Each room is equipped with independent air conditioning/heating. The air conditioning operates from May to October.

All the Hotel's rooms and common areas have WiFi coverage.

The Hotel has a large panoramic garden available to our Guests, where we also serve breakfast when the season allows it.

There is a large lift in the Hotel. The breakfast room and garden are on the ground floor, easily accessible by wheelchair.

Pets are welcome throughout the Hotel, with the exception of the breakfast room. There is no extra charge.

We serve breakfast every day from 7:30 am to 10:30 am in the breakfast room or in the garden when the season allows it (generally from May to October).
We have fresh fruit, assorted cereals, fresh croissants from the pastry shop, assorted fresh bread from the bakery, various types of artisan honey, assorted cheeses and pecorino, mozzarella and tomatoes, dried fruit, Nutella, boiled eggs, a wide range of teas including herbal, local cold cuts, fruit in syrup, fruit/low-fat/lactose-free/bifidus yoghurt, assorted sweet items, jams, rusks, gluten-free and lactose-free products.
Everything is clearly laid out on the buffet table to allow our Guests to choose, but protected by a large tempered glass cover with the utmost respect for safety and hygiene, and served by our buffet staff. There are no automatic dispensers, so all hot and cold drinks are prepared to order at the bar and served directly at the table by our staff. -
From 7:30 am to 10:30 am we can provide breakfast in your room at no extra charge.

There are no safes in the rooms, but one is available to our Guests in the management office.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards for payments.

For any need, the reception staff, fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish, are available to our Guests 24/7.

Upon request, we can organise transfers from/to all the major airports such as Florence, Pisa, Rome, Bologna, etc.

We can supply folding travel beds/playpens, approved for children up to 3 years old.

On request, we can organise a babysitting service in the Hotel.

We provide our Guests with laundry and ironing services through a trusted external supplier.
The items are then delivered to our staff and will be returned to our Guests.
The service is on request and available every day except Saturdays and holidays. -
The bar service is available in the TV lounge and garden.

Each room includes a mini-bar with water, red and white wine, beer, soft drinks and various juices.

We can organise various tours for our Guests through specialised tour operators who provide transportation.
