Check-out is by 11 am, while check-in is available from 2 pm onwards.

Yes, we can delay check-out, but on request and depending on the availability of your room.

Yes, on request and subject to availability at the time, you may be able to access the room earlier.
For Guests arriving before 2 pm, we provide a reserved area for luggage storage. -
Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express debit and credit cards.

For bookings guaranteed by credit card, there are no penalties if you cancel by the day before arrival.
For prepaid bookings there is no refund, but we will put the prepayment towards your future booking. -
There is no restaurant in the Hotel, but some of the city's best restaurants are within walking distance. Our staff will be happy to recommend trusted restaurants that offer excellent local cuisine.

Although we don't have a restaurant, we have chosen to offer our Guests the use of our breakfast room to dine in comfort between 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm. Dinner can be purchased personally through take-away or through delivery to the Hotel by local restaurants that offer this service.
For the latter option, we have created a list with menus from selected restaurants that you can view at reception or in the comfort of your room via a PDF sent to your smartphone.
Our staff will be available to make any phone order and will also assist you with delivery and during dinner. -
Yes, we welcome your pets free of charge in the Hotel's rooms and common areas, except the breakfast room.

From the bus and coach terminal in Piazza Gramsci you can walk to the taxi station in Piazza Matteotti, or walk to Piazza del Sale and then take bus no. 2

You can get to the Hotel by bus no. 17 or by taxi (they are always in front of the station exit).

Yes, we can organise transfers to and from all the major airports such as Florence, Pisa, Rome, Bologna, etc. for a fee and by reservation.

The rooms in our Hotel are all non-smoking.

The WiFi network is available throughout the Hotel. As well as the rooms and common areas, it also works outside in the garden.

Our generous breakfast offers carefully chosen products for those who love both sweet and savoury, and is provided in the breakfast room (with appropriate distancing) or in the beautiful, large garden within the Hotel.
We have fresh fruit, assorted cereals, fresh croissants from the pastry shop, assorted fresh bread from the bakery, various types of artisan honey, assorted cheeses and pecorino, mozzarella and tomatoes, dried fruit, Nutella, boiled eggs, a wide range of teas including herbal, local cold cuts, fruit in syrup, fruit/low-fat/lactose-free/bifidus yoghurt, assorted sweet items, jams, rusks, gluten-free and lactose-free products.
Everything is clearly laid out on the buffet table to allow our Guests to choose, but protected by a large tempered glass cover with the utmost respect for safety and hygiene, and served by our buffet staff. There are no automatic dispensers, so all hot and cold drinks are prepared to order at the bar and served directly at the table by our staff. -
Yes, products suitable for celiacs and the lactose-intolerant are always available for breakfast.

No, it is not permitted to iron in the room or have personal irons. However, ironing and laundry services are available at an extra charge.
